Wishing you a healthy and happy New Year

It all started at 9am on New Year’s Eve… Our staff worked around the clock decorating the Manor house and complex for the biggest event of the year. The bar was stocked, glitzy stars were hung, party poppers displayed and glasses ready to be filled with the crisp, refreshing popular tipple; Prosecco.

Guests arrived looking glamorous. The children in their best party shoes, the ladies wearing a face of beauty and the gents in their newly ironed shirts.  The conservatory was packed with guests dancing and singing to our live band. In the conservatory, the children were jumping around with balloons and their special party bags… In the café, the children were playing games and singing karaoke with our entertainer. We all gathered at midnight for the big countdown – then the party poppers were popped, hugs and kisses were exchanged and of course, we all danced to Auld Lang Syne. A fantastic night had by all. Needless to say, the café made quite a few Full English breakfasts on New Year’s Day!
