Safety first! Important COVID-19 measures during your stay
It’s very nearly holiday time and we can’t wait to welcome you all back to wonderful Cornwall! In order to ensure your stay is as safe as possible and to reduce the amount of people at reception at any one time, here are a few useful bits of information.
Along with lots of other businesses, we are all learning as we go and adapting to the ‘new normal’ as quickly as possible, so we very much appreciate your kindness and patience at this time!
Covid Symptomatic Guests Policy
It is of utmost importance that you and your party are in good health before you travel to us at Atlantic Reach. Our wish is that you enjoy your holiday in Cornwall to the full, and we ask for your cooperation with the following:
If you or anyone in your party are displaying symptoms of Coronavirus or indeed have a positive Coronavirus diagnosis it is very important to contact us immediately to rearrange your holiday. Once on holiday with us, if you or a member of your party find that you are displaying symptoms of Coronavirus we ask you to inform us, check out and return home to self isolate according to current government guidance.
Entertainment
We have made the very difficult decision to not commit to an entertainment schedule in 2020 or 2021 due to the uncertainty of this being able to open. It goes without saying that we love entertainment and look forward to it’s return when we can be more sure that we won’t be booking acts to then have to cancel – this level of disruption is very hard to manage and disappointing for all concerned when things have to be cancelled.
Maintenance issues
So we can help resolve any maintenance issues quickly, effectively and safely, we ask that you contact our Maintenance Team directly should you need anything during your stay.
Rubbish and recycling
We are currently asking all guests to dispose of their own rubbish on departure in order to protect our cleaning staff as much as possible. There are bins and recycling stations in various locations around the site. Thanks!
Takeaway
You can order takeaway from the Café into a takeaway. You can choose whether to sit in, sit outside on the patio areas or takeaway so you can still enjoy all the fresh, tasty dishes from our menu! In order to protect both you and our team, we are offering a contactless collection service from the Café takeaway hatch with payment at the time of ordering.
Pirate Pete’s soft play
We are sad to say that our indoor soft play area closed at the beginning of the pandemic and will not be open in 2020 or 2021. Trust us, the moment that a soft play centre is a safe area to reopen, we absolutely will!
Vets
If your woofer becomes unwell during your stay, Penmellyn Vets at St Columb are open and are on hand to help. They’re less than 5 minutes away by car and provide all levels of care for dogs.
If you need to contact us
For all enquiries during opening hours please call 01726 860775 or for assistance out of hours and in an emergency please contact the Duty Manager who will be happy to help. You can call them on 01726 862020.
Please do get in touch if you have any further questions or concerns. We can’t wait to welcome you to our beautiful part of the world soon!
