As a family holiday resort, the peak times for holidays are typically the school holidays, this is worth consideration as it goes without saying that these are the times where you will maximise the return on your investment if you let your property for holiday use. However, you may choose to use it yourself during this time, it is up to you and your own reasons for investment.

2. LESS STRESS

We do everything for you. From taking the booking, organising the payment, arranging the cleaning and greeting the guests, you don’t have to worry about a thing. You also have priority access to an Owner Advisor.

Our maintenance team and reception team are on site 7 days a week so if your guests have any questions or need anything while they are on holiday there is always someone here to help.

Most maintenance problems can be dealt with straight away as our team have a variety of skills and equipment. If further work is necessary we will arrange a quote for you and advise you straightaway. This is all organised by ourselves with the minimum of fuss.

3. FULL USE OF ALL THE FACILITIES ON SITE
   

One of the biggest attractions to guests coming to stay at Atlantic Reach are the facilities available. They love the fact that the children can be kept busy in any weather in our indoor heated pool or soft play centre.

In the school holidays our Kids Club is great fun and ideal to give Mum and Dad a break. This is free to all leisure pass holders. Also included in the leisure package is access to the Manor Arms, where you will find a variety of delicious freshly prepared and locally sourced dishes.

You will have full use of the gym, the outdoor pool, the pitch and putt golf course, the tennis courts, and discounted exercise classes. In the peak weeks full entertainment in the Manor Arms is also part of the deal.

As a leaseholder you can sign up for facility use each year and if your property is let and managed by us then we make sure your guests all get leisure passes too.

4. ADVERTISING AND HOLIDAY SALES

Atlantic Reach has a big Marketing budget and is constantly using the latest platforms to advertise the Atlantic Reach Holiday Experience. Through the Atlantic Reach website guests can book their holiday, find out what events and entertainment will be on during their stay, book treatments in Indigo Spa and explore all that awaits them locally.

Our Facebook presence and engagement is strong, with a large audience across the country. The Atlantic Reach Marketing team work hard promoting the site in general for the purpose of holiday sales as well as a being a broad and interesting source of information for general reading.

Our partnership with Hoseasons, which is one of the largest British holiday agents, opens a huge audience to advertise to in both their brochures and online.

This is only available to properties that let with Atlantic Reach.

5. REVENUE

We organise the booking, reservation of properties and the payment from the guests. From check-in to check-out, the property owner does not need to organise anything. The owner will receive a statement monthly showing them the income from bookings.
