We start with breakfast and finish late at the bar, with everything else in between! Barista made ‘Origin’ coffee and a slice of marvelous home baked cake. Pizzas, children’s menu, afternoon teas and all manner of healthy super foods on offer.

Start your day the right way with a delicious breakfast. If you are in for an early gym or pool session we have great superfood smoothies before you get going and superfood salads or breakfasts when you finish. You could treat yourself to an Atlantic breakfast or a warming creamy porridge.

Our counter is stocked with Cakes and Snacks, perfect for elevenses or an afternoon tea. Our homemade cakes are handmade and fresh. Take time out and indulge in that rocky road or caramel slice. There’s plenty of ways to burn off the goodies at Atlantic.

Meals – From lunch to snacks, pizzas to hearty main meals, we have something for everyone. We pride ourselves on family-friendly dining. If the children fancy a Flying Frisbee Afternoon Tea or a lunchbox, we’ve got it covered. Our chefs endeavor to provide delicious culinary treats.

Our licensed bar offers a range of bottled and draft beers, ales, wines, soft drinks, smoothies, hot drinks including Cornwall’s very own Origin Coffee and loads of local brews and beers.
