We have a limited number of cottages with hot tubs, so book these early. These cottages are perfect if after a day exploring Cornwall you want to be soaking under the stars with a glass of bubbles.

Organising a big group trip to Cornwall, or looking for somewhere to spend time with the extended family? Our Superior and Contemporary Cottages at Atlantic Reach are the perfect choice, with spacious open plan living areas and large bedrooms accommodating up to eight people per property.
Due to our unique layout, we can also offer properties right next to each other if you’d love to spend time with your nearest and dearest but still have your own space to relax in at the end of the day (depending on availability).

Every cottage break booked through Atlantic Reach includes a free Leisure Pass, giving you unlimited access to a wide range of facilities and activities throughout your stay. From swimming pools and fitness classes to play areas and open spaces, there’s so much more to enjoy beyond your cottage. It’s great value for money and a chance to make the most of your holiday on the North Cornish Coast.
Swimming Pool(s)
Enjoy free, unlimited swim sessions with your Leisure Pass, including access to our heated indoor pool, Wellness Area (age 16+) and outdoor pool*. All swim sessions must be pre-booked to ensure availability.

Pirate Pete's Soft Play
Let the little ones burn off some energy in our fun-filled indoor Soft Play area—free with your Leisure Pass. Sessions must be pre-booked to manage capacity and keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Mini Golf
Tee off for some family fun with unlimited access to our outdoor Mini Golf course—free with your Leisure Pass. Clubs and balls are available to borrow from The Hut. No booking required, just turn up and play! (Open seasonally)
Gym & Fitness Classes
Keep your fitness up while on holiday with unlimited access to our state-of-the-art gym and over 80 fitness classes each week—all included with your Leisure Pass. Whether you prefer cardio, strength training, or group workouts, there’s something for every level. Classes must be pre-booked to secure your spot.
Play Areas
Let the kids burn off some steam in our spacious outdoor play areas, designed for fun and adventure. Free to use with your Leisure Pass, these safe and engaging spaces are perfect for children to enjoy fresh air and active play throughout your stay
Tennis
Serve up some fun on our tennis courts, available free with your Leisure Pass. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, it’s the perfect way to enjoy some friendly competition and fresh air during your stay.

The Cafe
Relax and refuel at our on-site café, serving delicious pizzas, toasties, cakes, and more. Enjoy a cup of Cornish Coffee, soft drinks, or unwind with a selection of alcoholic refreshments—perfect for a quick bite or a laid-back treat during your stay.
The Hut
Stop by The Hut for light bites, hot and cold drinks, and tasty snacks—perfect for a quick refuel. You’ll also find a selection of ice creams and milkshakes for a well-deserved treat. Plus, our on-site shop is stocked with camping essentials, toys, groceries, and more to keep your stay hassle-free.
The Manor Sports Bar

Laser Tag
Get competitive with Cornwall Laser Tag, an action-packed outdoor game for families, friends, and groups – right here on-site at Atlantic Reach. This exciting activity is operated by an independent company, so bookings must be made directly with them online via their website. It’s a great way to add some high-energy fun to your holiday.
