A combination of active leisure and fitness fun…
Exercise classes and lessons at the Sports and Leisure Club include Zumba, Yoga, Circuit Training, Aqua Aerobics and Swimming Lessons
Yoga - Yoga with Trudi; All levels and all abilities welcomed. A class that will help you to relax and will take care of your mind, body and spirit.
Note: This class is currently suspended due to low numbers, please register your interest at Reception or by email: leisure@clubdomaine.co.uk and as soon as we have sufficient participants, the class will recommence.
Zumba - Zumba with Sigara; If you want to get fit without realising it, then Zumba is for you. It's exciting, exhilarating, energetic and most of all enjoyable, all in a party atmosphere.
Aqua Aerobics - Aquacise with Trudi; Fun filled water frolics, no impact, so gentle on your joints, mobility made easy therefore a class for all.
Body Toning - Body Toning Circuits with Derek; A variety of weight stations you will not be able to resist plus lots of cardiovascular to keep you going, all in all giving you a complete body workout.
