The SIPP Investment Properties

Guests have luxurious individual accommodation in two bedroom sleep 6 and five bedroom sleep 10 resort suites. The accommodation is serviced daily and a full range of leisure facilities are included and can be found in the the Leisure Complex and the Manor House. Each property has a stylish patio with enclosed personal hot tub. The properties do not have a kitchen and all meals are taken in the restaurant. Rates are quoted on a daily or weekly basis with Bed and Breakfast, Half Board and All Inclusive options. Investment returns are provided from the generated rental revenue and capital increases over time.

SIPP HMRC Permitted Investment Options

SIPPs qualifying Investments opportunities are offered by means of the purchase of shares in the company owning the accommodation. The company owning the 999 years leasehold interest will have 144 shares and the shares can be purchased in multiples of 12 shares.

SIPPs investments start from only £12,600 to approximately £223,200 or more for multiple property portfolio investments.

SIPP Investment Options:

1.   3 year fixed rate SIPP investment at 7% dividend per annum return. Guaranteed exit at 100% of initial investment. (Total 3 Year Exit Yield 121%)

2.   10 year variable rate SIPP investment with up to 10% dividend per annum returns. Guaranteed exit at 120% of initial investment. (Total 10 Year Exit Yield 199%)

3.   10 year variable rate SIPP investment with up to 14.8% dividend per annum return with 33% interest free financing. Guaranteed exit at 120% of initial investment. (Total 10 Year Exit Yield 248%)
