Fractional ownership is a simple concept, bringing like minded people together to buy an equal share of something they only use on a part time basis. Here at Atlantic Reach, you would own a share of a beautiful holiday home located near the outstanding North Cornwall coast. You share equally in the running costs whilst enjoying the benefits of this wonderful resort, the nearby local beaches and the beautiful surrounding area. When it’s time to go home, you simply lock up and leave, knowing  the property will be cleaned, maintained and in safe hands all year round.

The benefits are clear

Here, you take ownership divided into fractions; 1/6th equates to eight weeks and 1/8th to four weeks. Prices start from an unbelievable £12,950 for your four weeks per year, which rotate forward by one week per year to ensure a transparent and fair system. Please click here to download diary sheet. You and your guests have full access to all our wonderful amenities, while an onsite activity booking service, with over 50 activities to choose from, also operates from the resort.

Ownership made easy

Your fractional ownership comes with no maintenance hassles because our full time property rental and management team look after everything for you, both whilst you are here and when you are not. 

The property is cleaned every week; it is aired and heated as appropriate for the time of year and maintained externally as necessary. Sharing in ownership gives you peace of mind. Internally, your property is furnished to a very high standard with luxury fixtures and fittings. Inevitably things will wear out, so we have arranged for a full replacement of the inventory to keep everything fresh and up to date for you and your guests throughout the term of your ownership. 

It can pay for itself – if you rent four of your eight weeks through us there will be no maintenance charges. This is an excellent way of making your investment work best for you. You simply rent back one week from each of your seasonal allocation back to the resort management team and pay no service charges for any of your eight weeks. In addition, your sinking fund payment will be reduced to £250.

Exit strategy made simple

It is also reassuring to know that after a sensible period of time, you can cash in and enjoy any profits made from your term of ownership. The Atlantic Reach fractional ownership period terminates after 15 years, when the property will be placed on the open market, sold and the proceeds, after costs are deducted, will be equally shared between you and your other fractional owners.
