Hydrotherapy Pool

If nothing else it’s a wonderful place to just come and relax. Hydrotherapy pools are also a great healer that relieves our bodies in a variety of different ways, here are some examples: relieves anxiety & stress, poor muscle & skin tone, poor circulation, muscle pain & inflammation, headaches, muscle or ligament injuries, rheumatic pain & arthritis, neurological conditions such as strokes or brain injuries, joint or hip replacements & broken limbs.

Sauna

A Sauna is very similar to a Steam Room, it helps with many parts of the human body, including strengthening the immune system, improve blood circulation, detoxifies you, helps with muscle relaxation, leaves your skin looking good and helps aid weight loss.

Steam Room

Steam Rooms are known for their help in aiding weight loss, stubborn cellulite and toning your body after a serious work out, helps relax you mind body and soul and detoxifies you leaving you feeling well and truly revived.

Jacuzzi

Sore muscles from working hard or working out too hard to achieve that dream body we all wish we had? The Jacuzzi is a fabulous method to relieving tense muscles and stiffness used by many athletics around the world.

Mood lit area with a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy before and after treatments, you are welcome to sit and have an herbal tea while you indulge relax and enjoy your time here at indigo spa

Couples Treatment Room

This room will be perfect for synchronized pleasure. You and a partner can enjoy our mood lit treatment room whilst having the same treatment at the same time, or each having a customised massage lying side by side.

Wrinkle-Reducing Injections

We have a registered practising nurse now offering wrinkle reducing injections - commonly referred to as "Botox®" based here at Indigo Spa. The treatments are tailored to your needs and involve a comprehensive medical assessment.

Process of Teeth Whitening:

Firstly, we talk you through the procedure and complete a consent form. Then explaining the products we use to whiten your teeth, we assess which would suit you, and endeavour to give you the results that make you happy. We guarentee this will always be the case.  The products we use are totally safe, effective and legal, and the process is comfortable and relaxing.  We will check the colour reading of your teeth using the shade guide, and decide together which is a match for you both before and after the procedure.  The whitening procedure will bring your teeth up from 6-12  shades lighter.
 
Using the state-of-the-art LED Blueray Whitening Lamp, we can apply the gel to the teeth in two different ways, either 3 sessions of 10 minutes or 2 sessions of 20 minutes, depending on the assessment at the beginning of your consultation, to which procedure will be carried out.  Both ways achieve great results.  Once the procedure is complete we will check on the shade chart, to agree the final results.  When completed we will give you instructions of after care for your teeth. No smoking for 24 hours, and a white diet for 24 hours.
