We have a variety of facilities at Atlantic Reach, offering a wide range of options for your private party, corporate event or wedding reception. Whether you require a small informal room or something on an altogether larger scale, we have what you need.

Christmas Parties

Corporate functions and events

We have a range of small, medium and large function rooms available, catering for small informal gatherings up to larger events of 200 or more.

As well as all the usual resources you would expect, corporate event delegates can also use the contemporary facilities, including the Spa and our Golf Course. Our functions team will be pleased to discuss your requirements, whether it be large or small, business meeting or training session.

As an added incentive, all delegates who attend a corporate function at Atlantic Reach will receive a voucher worth £5 which can be used in the Restaurant, Indigo Spa or the Leisure Club.

Weddings

Atlantic Reach provides a perfect wedding venue with both contemporary and traditional wedding reception suites and first class accommodation all at highly competitive prices and less than seven miles from Newquay Airport. 

We pride ourselves on a personal service and our wedding team will assist you with all of your arrangements, ensuring your big day runs smoothly making it a unique and wonderful experience. 

As a Leisure Club, Spa and Resort, our many facilities are available to uniquely enhance you and your guests’ enjoyment of your most special day, while our child-friendly facilities include both indoor and outdoor play areas.

Children’s birthday parties

Looking for a venue that’s both fun and practical?  Atlantic Reach parties at Pirate Pete’s Play Centre offer you a unique combination of fun and value-for-money, plus plenty of on-site facilities to keep your children entertained!

Our standard party package, starting from just £7.95 per child, includes:

• Use of Pirate Pete’s  Play Centre for three hours
• Buffet Lunch or Basket Meal
• Unlimited children's squash

For parties of 15 children or more, use of the Play Centre will be exclusive to your group only and each paying child will receive a voucher for a half-price swim, redeemable for up to one month from the date of issue.

We can also make arrangements for either an external entertainer or our very own ever-popular resort mascot, Pirate Pete.
