We are among a few exclusive leisure clubs in Cornwall to offer the revolutionary technology of FLABéLOS, the Whole Body Vibration (WBV) technique. Within our solarium is the choice of a controlled tanning bed or Californian Sunless Tan.

FLABéLOS, the Whole Body Vibration (WBV) technique which is not only backed by science, but used and loved by many fitness and healthcare professionals and a huge number of celebrities alike. FLABéLOS is designed to enhance proprioception, improve posture, encourage blood circulation, improve muscle strength and minimise lower back pain. It also claims to help you lose a dress size in just three weeks!

All it takes is just 10 minutes; no special clothing is required and all the hard work is done for you, it’s simple, it’s fast, it’s quiet and it’s fun!

Prices: 1 session £4.00 / 3 sessions £10.00 / 12 sessions £30.00

Alternatively, why not relax on our controlled tanning bed. With a tanning program, care can be taken to avoid overexposure of your skin so that the possibility of burning is avoided.  You can also ensure that sufficient levels of Vitamin D are being achieved and maintained.

Our prices are extremely competitive, and are even more so if you become a member of the Leisure Club.
