We are aware of how important it is to continue your health and fitness routine all year round, and we recognise what a luxury it is to have no agenda and to be able to indulge in a little “me time”.

Our Gym

Latest News: Our Gym is expanding! The new gym will include over 300m2 of floor space and up to three studios with over 225m2 of space dedicated to classes. The new gym opened in February 2013 and keep checking back or follow us on Facebook for more information.

Our fully-equipped gym offers the latest Life Fitness cardiovascular and resistance machines which also incorporates free weights and a stretching area, all in an air-conditioned environment. Whether you are a complete beginner or a regular gym user, our friendly and experienced team are happy to advise you.

Our Leisure Classes cover a variety of activities from Aquacise to Circuit Training, and from Yoga to Cheerleading! If you have any suggestions for classes you would like to see at Atlantic Reach please do get in touch with your suggestions.
