Our fitness and wellbeing team get a buzz out of making your visit as enjoyable as possible. The leisure club, including our gym and swimming pools is open to members, our guests and those who live close to us around Newquay.

Our Gym

Our Superb Gym Facilities provide members and guests the opportunity to train in one of the largest and most equipped venues in Cornwall. If you’re a novice and want to give it a go, our instructors can tailor-make an exercise programme using the gym equipment and guide you through it. For local members looking to shed a few pounds, or build up general fitness we can combine this with a timetable of milestones to help monitor your progress. The Atlantic Reach gym in newquay.

We also run a range of regular fitness classes.

Swimming Pool

We have three Swimming Pools at Atlantic Reach. Our main indoor heated swimming pool is found within the central leisure complex and includes a small childs pool. Indigo Spa has its own hydrotherapy pool (as well as the Jacuzzi) , and during the summer we open the large outdoor pool (again with a small childs pool). Swimming Information.

Indigo Spa

Indigo Spa offers a beautiful haven of tranquillity with mood-lit therapy rooms and a comprehensive range of thai-inspired spa treatments to choose from. The Wet Spa facilities include a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi plus a relaxing spa lounge, available for private hire. Sun Beds and FLABeLOS

Our fitness centre is also home to the Solarium and new FLABéLOS weight-loss machine, as featured in national press and on TV.

Club Memberships

We offer a range of Leisure Club Memberships for those living in and around Newquay, from gym only to all inclusive gym, swimming, spa and class membership packges. For more information please visit our membership page.
