Located in its quaint courtyard setting at the heart of Atlantic Reach, our hydrotherapy pool and mood lit treatment rooms offer a relaxed setting for you to unwind and enjoy a wide range of treatments and therapies tailored to your desires, based near Newquay set in the beautiful Cornish countryside.

Our Spa days are designed to suit your individual requirements. Our experienced team of therapists aim to provide a unique and personalised treatment programme.

Spa facilities include (Hydrotherapy pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi and relaxation area) You can also enjoy the use of the gym which is fully equipped with leading Life fitness equipment, swimming pool and are welcome to take advantage of all our other onsite facilities like the flabèlos*, the solarium*and fitness classes* that may be running during your visit.

 A choice of tea and biscuits or coffee and cake can be provided on your visit and Lunch can also be pre booked.
